2005
January: Karl Meyer AG joins CFK Valley e.V. and collaborates actively in the Recycling working group

 
2007
February: Establishing of CFK Valley Stade Recycling GmbH & Co. KG functioning as transnational CFRP waste disposal contractor for AIRBUS

November: EU sponsorship for innovation via Lower Saxony´s ministry of the environment in order to support the aviation cluster


2008
        
In spring, start of development work in cooperation with DOW Deutschland Anlagengesellschaft Stade mbH (engineering partner).

CFK Valley Stade Recycling GmbH & Co. KG wins "Composites Innovation Award" in July.

In August, launch of pilot plant by Lower Saxony´s Secretary of Commerce, Walter Hirche, at DOW factory premises in Stade. 


2009        
Completion of implementation plans and commissioning of large-scale CFRP recycling plant


2010                  
In July, founding of carboNXT GmbH as the distributing company for high-quality short carbon fiber products. CFK Valley Stade Recycling GmbH & Co. KG moves from Stade to Wischhafen on the river Elbe.   
Trial run of recycling plant in Wischhafen in October with a minimum capacity of 1000 to p.a.


2011          
February 1st: Official launch of CFRP recycling center in Wischhafen by Lower Saxony´s premier David McAllister
